Blue Line Fitness grants Regeneron employees the right to use and enjoy the fitness facilities, equipment and classes located in the Wellness Facility on the terms and conditions of this waiver (the “Waiver”) and otherwise in accordance with such other rules and regulations which Regeneron may from time to time adopt. The right to use and access the Wellness Facility may be revoked by Regeneron at any time.
