Fitness Boxing and Conditioning:

5 PM at Tempel Lane

  • 30-min conditioning circuit that focuses on basic boxing technique

Wednesday:

Pilates Fusion:

11-11:30 AM at Tempel Lane

  • Low-impact workout with focus on core and alignment
